George School Fund

The George School Fund is the annual cornerstone of our fundraising effort and supports the general operations of the School. While the endowment provides long-term financial stability, gifts to the George School Fund ensure that the GS experience is distinctive for and accessible to our current students.

I give to George School because my four years at GS were the years that formed my character, that made me who I am. But even more, I give to George School because over all of the years since I graduated, George School has continued to ‘walk the walk’ by providing an excellent academic and character building education to an increasingly diverse group of young people.”  –Richard Brown ’61

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the George School Fund?

Who supports the George School Fund?

All members of our community—alumni, current parents and grandparents, trustees, faculty, staff, parents and grandparents of alumni, and friends—are invited to participate each year.

Why is my participation so important?

Your gift sends a powerful message about the difference George School has made for you and your family. Foundations and prospective families look favorably upon high giving participation rates because it demonstrates broad-based confidence in George School and our mission.

How do I make a gift to the George School Fund?

Your tax-deductible gift can be made online or by cash, check, credit card, or securities. Maximize your support and check if your or your spouse’s company has a matching gift program.
