George School Senior Wins Mini Maxwell Award

Bennett Lichstein ’20 has been selected to receive the Mini Max Award, which honors high school football players throughout the Delaware Valley.

Bennett Lichstein ’20 has been selected to receive the Mini Maxwell Award, which honors high school football players throughout the Delaware Valley.

“From the beginning of the season, I knew Bennett would be a standout player,” said first-year Head Coach Dominic Gregorio. “He demonstrated great sportsmanship and gave it his all—on and off the field. He is very deserving of this honor.”

Players are nominated by their coach throughout the season and selected based on performance, academics, and community service.

Bennett had a strong season this year rushing 509 yards and scoring six touch downs in just seven games. He also proved to be a strong defensive player with three interceptions and thirty-nine tackles.
