At George School
we're brighter together.
Our academic experience is a collective effort to cultivate each student’s highest ambitions. The George School Academic Program re-imagines the school day. It empowers teachers to be bold, creative, and collaborative. It empowers students to choose their own challenges: the IB diploma, IB courses, APs, adventurous opportunities for global study, artistic expression, service learning, and more.

I feel like the 7-term schedule really opens up flexibility to explore your interests. I can take three math classes; other people can take three art or three science classes if they want to. It’s open to possibilities.”

The expertise of our College Counseling team makes coming to George School not a job to me, but a calling. We want families to know that our team is fueled by the desire to learn what we can do to best help support their student. I am excited to guide students and their families through this exciting process as students think about new beginnings in their journey beyond George School."

I cannot express how fortunate these students are to observe with their own eyes the places and the wildlife they have learned about in their biology and environmental science classes at George School. I have absolutely zero regrets about being a boarder in Orton. The many memories I've made are some I know will latch on to my memory until I get old. Be it day or night, there was almost never a time in my two years so far as a boarder where Orton wasn’t fun.”
