George School has received a transformative $17.75 million gift from an anonymous George School family to be added to the George School endowment in support of Engaged Citizenship coursework and co-curricular student opportunities.
“We are tremendously excited and deeply grateful,”Justin said. “This generous gift will serve as a key step in supporting the integration of our co-curricular student opportunities as consistent, equitable, and deep parts of our learning environment."

Reed Beck '24 and his classmates planted 936 native plants together to create a bio-swale on campus this past spring. With the support of his friends and the Physical Plant staff, the bioswale he created will continue to fill out and bloom — not only adding more beauty on campus, but also providing food and shelter for wildlife in a sustainable way.

Halaylah Lewis-McGlothan was a Delegate to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders this June on the University of Massachusetts Lowell campus. Halayah joined students from across the country to hear Nobel Laureates and National Medal of Science recipients discuss leading medical research.

Chris Summa, the new head strength and conditioning coach at George School, believes that the three keys to successful training are movement, nutrition and mindset.
